Aaron J. Lawler was born and raised in Metairie, Louisiana. After graduating from Lutheran High School, he earned a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 1997. He attended the Loyola University of New Orleans School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2001.
During Aaron’s 20 years of practicing, he has represented Fortune 500 companies, nationally recognized insurance companies and their insured, self-insured entities such as large construction and plant maintenance specialists, small businesses and individuals. His practice is primarily focused on casualty defense litigation and trial practice. He also selectively represents individuals and families injured by the negligence of others.
Aaron’s desire to serve lead to him being elected as an Ascension Parish Councilman in 2016. For the past 6 years he has served as the Transportation Committee Chairman. He has also served as the Vice Chairman of Recreation, Strategic Planning and East Ascension Drainage Commission. Aaron also serves as an ex official board member on the Ascension Parish Economic Development Corporation.
Aaron’s practice includes representation of clients in automobile accidents, business litigation and transactions, estate planning, insurance coverage issues, insurance defense, personal injury, personal injury defense, product liability, successions and wills, and wrongful death cases.
Aaron lives in Prairieville with his beautiful wife Julie and their three sons, Hyland, Riley and Yeager. When not attending his sons’ Dutchtown High soccer games or tailgating with his son at LSU, Aaron enjoys traveling with his wife, cooking, fishing and reading.
